YOUR TASKS


 


As a important part of our Customer Care team you are responsible for all customer inquiries


You support our B2B customers during their registration process and check relevant conditions 


You advice our customers via mail and phone and give your best to find individual transport solutions


As first point of contact at InstaFreight you are our expert in understanding the customers. You share your knowledge with other departments and have permanent exchange with them


Together with your team you design and develop new standards for our Customer Care team and optimize processes


 


REQUIREMENTS


 


You have successfully completed your studies or business education 


You have already gained first experiences in the field of customer care and you feel comfy with that. Your experiences in transport and logistics, or sales are a big plus otherwise your great curiosity regarding new topics help you to quickly get familiar with the logistic industry


You have excellent communication skills, as well as a high customer- and service-orientation


You are fluent in German and a conversation in English is not a problem for you


You manage yourself and your daily business properly and it is easy for you to set priorities 


It only gets you started if there are many open tasks at once
