Therefore, we carefully select the freelancers in our network leveraging internally developed coding tests and live coding sessions and match the best 5% applicants to our clients’ most complex digital projects.

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT:

 

As our first in-house UI/UX designer, you are responsible for designing both our platform and our website, with the ambition to provide a great user experience for both, the freelancers and our clients .  You will:




  • collaborate and problem solve with product owners, developers and design leadership on objectives, concepts, and deliverables




  • gather internal and external requirements and create overall UI/UX concept and strategy




  • translate customer needs into effective, valuable solutions and communicate solutions to transform an idea into a well-structured, efficient, user experience




  • develop technical and business requirements and always strive to deliver intuitive and user-centered solutions




  • design, develop and launch testing, targeting and optimization activities




  • help the optimization team conduct conversion optimization through A/B and Multivariate tests







WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE TABLE:

 


  • 3+ years of experience designing user flows, interactions and interfaces for web applications




  • Understanding of CSS and web development aspects




  • A strong portfolio of work with examples of effective problem solving, critical thinking, and expert craftsmanship




  • Knowledge of UX heuristics and best practices




  • Experience working in Agile (Scrum, Kanban) environment




  • Experience in UX research methods




  • Experience and a good understanding of user testing and a/b testing




  • You are fluent in English
