Main Responsibilities:


The Integration Specialist is responsible for the integration of all accounting information from our source systems in our ERP Microsoft Dynamics NAV. He is also the main point of contact for all inquiries and requests related to our ERP system integration.


Daily tasks will include:



  • Control of all integration routines to assure correct flow of information

  • Control all integration errors to guarantee correct integration and processing of data

  • Facilitate documentation regarding JUMIA integration

  • Assist with design and functionality of various integration reports in Microsoft Power BI

  • Support on integration questions and resolution of integration issues


Other tasks:



  • Collaborate with third party consultants and other in-house teams providing technical direction on systems analysis, gathering of requirements, design, development, testing, debugging and deployment of new integration functionalities and features in Microsoft Dynamics NAV

  • Perform validations for new integration implementations

  • Communicate new integration implementations as well as possible problems that might arise


 


Requirements:



  • Background in Economics/Management/Finance/Systems

  • Interest in finance and systems

  • Fluent in English both verbal and written

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint and Excel)

  • Previous experience with ERPs is a plus

  • Ability to work independently and in group in a fast-paced environment

  • Excellent problem-solving skills
