Thermondo was founded in 2012 by Philipp Pausder, Florian Tetzlaff and Kristofer Fichtner with the aim to advance the energy revolution with innovative heating solutions. With a vision of <2° (less two degrees) in mind, Thermondo has reinvented the heating market and introduced digitalisation in the trade as a pioneering leader.
 
Today, Thermondo is Germany's number one in heating construction. Our own craftsmen have carried out over 15,000 heating exchanges nationwide. The basis being the unprecedented collaboration of our Tech, Marketing, Sales, Development, IT and HR experts. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Providing consulting support to projects during the vision and strategy, architecture, and development phases


• Providing input in identifying issues and considerations for selecting business application packages and vendors


• Actively leading projects and in many cases create design, build solution components, unit test, guide testing strategy and play an active role in ensuring quality thought the lifecycle of processes automated with technology


• Help define technical standards and guidelines for Salesforce


• Managing internal client expectations and balances the needs from the company


• You are a key part of our Salesforce team who need your support to assist the users from every part of our value chain

Dein Profil

YOUR PROFILE

• Six or more years of consulting experience with technical architecture analysis and design


• Salesforce certification is desirable


• Must have knowledge of Salesforce Lightning


• Excellent exposure in custom integration of Workflows, Email Services, Security Controls, Custom Application, Reports, and Dashboards


• Salesforce certification is desirable


• Demonstrated experience in all common configuration tasks in Salesforce platform and Service Clouds


• Good understanding of different limitations of Salesforce including Governor Limits and Application Limits


• Expertise in developing functional specifications for business process refinement and automation, data modeling, system Architecture, conducting feasibility studies, analyzing scope, and vision of the project


• Understanding of Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud


• Distinctive interest and pronounced instinct for people and technology, new trends and innovation


• Full working capabilities in English is required (German is a plus)
