Job description

You will…

• Help the AU tech team which is here to provide tech advice and solutions to bring the business
  to the next level!


• Work closely with our Berlin office on scalability and engineering subjects


• Actively maintain and boost developers efficiency by providing them support on QA, deployments and infrastructure


• Be responsible for the quality of the software that we ship in Australia


• Help the local management to make their vision achievable and observable


• Work closely with the Tech lead to manage QA, deployments, infrastructure and security

Mandatory requirements

You have…

• 2+ years of experience in Quality Assurance or Quality Engineering domains at a high paced
  software driven company


• Solid understanding of the SDLC phases and optimal QA involvement in each one of them


• Proven experience in leading and enabling the quality process for the team


• Proven experience of backend and API testing using tools like Postman or SOAP-UI


• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science (or similar field)


• Experience in running automated test scripts and analysing results


• Experience in defining the regression plan based on risk analysis of the requirement


• Experience in owning quality activities in agile (scrum and/or Kanban) delivery methodologies


• Proficient in creating function and non-functional risk-based test plans


• Solid understanding of CI/CD principles


• Proficient in test management tools (TestRail preferred) and in defect management tools (Jira
  preferred)


• Understanding the basics of virtualization, microservices architecture, cloud and SaaS


• Highly developed interpersonal skills, ability to influence and build relationships


• Strong communication and written skills


• Familiar with AWS / a Cloud provider and willing to automate everything on the infrastructure part


• A Strong Plus if you have experience in developing scripts and test assisting tools in one or more
  modern scripting languages
