YOUR TASKS

• You rock our accounting department


• You are responsible for setting up our cost centers and business metrics


• You are our first contact person for our tax consultants and external auditors


• You support our projects cross-sectoral (BI, IT, Ops) and optimize processes


• You implement analysis and statistics to your daily business and present them to our management board


• You are woking on reportings, interim and annual financial statements and develop strategies from your analysis


• You are the interface between InstaFreight and our tax consultants and external auditors


• You work very close with our IT department to develop  our tools

REQUIREMENTS

• You have successfully completed a degree in Business Administration with focus on Finance/Controlling or a have comparable degree


• You have already gained relevant professional experience in Finance/ Accounting 


• You feel comfortable in a start-up environment


• You are hands-on and your analytical skills help you to work solution-orientated


• You are characterized by accurate work and an affinity to numbers


• You are strong in IT topics, which helps you to initiate technical development 


• Your quick perception helps you to see optimizing potentials


• You are confident with MS Office programs and common accounting programs (especially Tsenit)


• You are fluent in English and German


• You are very confident with Excel and your experiences in HGB and IFRS are a big plus
