YOUR TASKS

• Build a top-notch Finance, Accounting and Controlling Department for a fast-growing company


• Report directly to the Co-Founders and be a member of the senior management team


• Own financial core processes such as net working capital management, budgeting, forecasting and reporting


• Be in direct contact with our investors for reporting and alignment purposes


• Work closely with our product and tech teams to design financial processes that scale through innovation and create value for our customers


• Develop and lead a team of young professionals eager to grow professionally with our company


• Manage our external audit, legal and tax partners to ensure compliance with local laws

YOUR PROFILE

• You have a degree in business, engineering or a similar field from a renowned university


• You have worked for a minimum of 2-3 years in a top audit firm. Startup experience is a plus.


• You are capable of cracking complex problems in a fast-paced professional environment


• You have a high degree of comfort with analytics and you can take decisions based on intuition and data


• You are hands-on with an entrepreneurial “can do” attitude


• You are willing to go the extra mile and are fun to work with


• You are fluent in German and English


• You are passionate about making an impact and motivating your team
