WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT:

As part of our Tech Sourcing team you are our tech freelancers’ main contact person and the link between our tech network and our clients’ digital projects. You will

  be responsible for conducting freelancer interviews to understand their personal, professional and technical background and preferences

  
  


• 
  

  be an advocate for the advantages of our platform

  be a dedicated and professional contact person to our freelancers

  
  

WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE TABLE:

  You are currently either pursuing a Bachelor’s/ Master’s degree or taking a gap year

  You are passionate about recruiting topics and the tech industry

  You are very customer-/goal-oriented and a strong communicator
