WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT:

As part of our Tech Sourcing team you are our tech freelancers’ main contact person and the link between our tech network and our clients’ digital projects. You will

  Expand the relationships with existing freelancers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives

  
  


• 
  

  Support the team with creative ideas to further expand our network of top tech freelancers

  
  


• 
  

  Grow and develop our network of potential freelancers and industry professionals

  
  


• 
  

  Identify future needs and proactively source potential freelancer professionals 

  
  


• 
  

  Interact with professionals through platforms, like Github, Stackoverflow and Behance

  
  


• 
  

  Be responsible for conducting freelancer interviews to understand their personal, professional and technical background and preferences 

  
  


• 
  

  Ask for referrals from internal and external networks for hard-to-fill roles

  
  


• 
  

  Develop trust relationships with a portfolio of our major tech freelancers to ensure their satisfaction with expertlead

  
  

WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE TABLE:

  You hold a Bachelor's degree, Master preferred 

  
  


• 
  

  You have gained first experience in HR or recruiting

  
  


• 
  

  You are passionate about recruiting topics and the tech industry

  You are very people and goal-oriented and a strong communicator
