As our working student People Operations, you'll get in touch with all Human Resource topics in your everyday life and help employees in their employee journey from onboarding to offboarding. You will be immersed in the world of contract making, visa application, preparatory payroll, and other everyday topics, learning the essentials of a human resource expert. You will be supported by our VP People and interact with employees at all levels on a daily basis. This gives you direct influence on shaping and shaping the success of the company.

WHERE WE LOOK FOR

• You are a student and may even be studying for a degree in business administration or human resources


• You have a strong interest in learning the basics of HR and learning from experts


• You learn and work fast and be proactive in implementing improvement opportunities


• You have very good oral and written communication skills in German and English


• You may already have experience in human resources or the startup industry
