Main Responsibilities 



  • Building, managing, animating the fashion key account management team

  • Ensuring personally a strong relationship with key executives of top brands and top sellers

  • Becoming an expert of the different fashion categories with a perfect knowledge of the different products / pricing/ stakeholder dynamic/market trends, Management, University)

  • Always protecting and improving the customer and seller experience

  • Organizing key commercial events such as Black Friday and Jumia Anniversary

  • Ensuring the key processes to steer the performance of the team are in plane, namely Weekly Business Review, Commercial Plan, Joint Business Plan, Phoenix
     


Required Skills & Qualifications 



  • Experience in managing commercial teams or large projects (10+ years of experience)

  • Strong entrepreneurial skills

  • Ability to identify new business opportunities

  • Impeccable communication skills

  • Impeccable analytical skills

  • Ability to negotiate in flawless English

  • Ability to work independently and in a team

  • Capacity to challenge and improve processes

  • Demonstrated ability to work in a fast paced and competitive environment

  • Bsc. Degree (Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Finance)

  • Advanced degree preferred but not required
