As Interim Sr. Director of Paid Marketing you will lead, develop and manage all paid user acquisition for HelloFresh. You will be responsible for setting the strategy and executing the plans across Online Marketing, Offline Marketing, TV planning and Marketing Tech for our international markets: DACH, Benelux, UK, Canada, Australia and New Zealand. This role requires big picture thinking with meticulous attention to detail; you will need to understand the overall business and marketing strategy, translate that into an acquisition strategy and guide the team through execution.
You will be managing central marketing teams and liaising closely with relevant country teams to plan, test, optimise, and scale growth strategies across all paid channels. As well as partner closely with Brand teams, CRM, BI, Product and other relevant teams to grow paid marketing programs.
This role calls for an exceptionally analytical, data-driven, hands-on demand generation leader who has experience in creating integrated campaigns across multiple touch points.
