Your Mission

• Lead one or more growth marketing channels with full responsibility for strategies, initiatives, successes and reporting


• Partner with commercial strategy team members to identify, define and drive processes and deliverables associated with strategic planning and commercial operations for HelloFreshGO


• Execute core initiatives to optimise the efficiency and effectiveness of the lead generation through marketing activities


• Define and deliver analytics of your growth marketing channels


• Structure and package analyses, strategies and recommendations into highly effective, compelling communication and presentations for various audiences

Your Profile

• Graduated from Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, preferably in Marketing, Management, Business Administration or any other related field with top 20% of your academic peer group


• Experience within a high-growth company from work or internships


• First professional hands-on experiences with marketing growth channels (online marketing, affiliate, events, etc.)


• Mindset and ability to work and communicate in a fast-paced and changing environment


• Belief that awesome things are MADE to happen and ambiguity is your friend


• Full working proficiency in German and English
