Job description


You will…



  • Manage the development and execution of the Australian brand plan

  • Develop and implement weekly, monthly and quarterly brand planning process and reporting to build greater awareness of brand activity impact on commercial results

  • Execute quarterly campaigns to achieve category consideration and brand consideration objectives.

  • Manage the planning and production of brand campaigns, managing multiple stakeholder needs and ensure quality creative delivered to deadline

  • Conduct analysis and produce weekly, monthly and quarterly reporting of individual brand and advertising projects within all calendar initiatives to the HelloFresh marketing team and wider business

  • Establish product marketing communication plan, leading cross-functional marketing initiatives to achieve KPIs. Work in close collaboration with CX and Culinary Team

  • Use insight led approach to brief and produce creative content resulting in higher engagement and following on social platforms including YouTube

  • Integrate brand campaigns with the digital marketing team's activity (SEO, blogger outreach, paid social, native etc) to drive higher performance through A/B testing of local creative content

  • Support performance, CRM, direct sales and CX teams with customer focussed creative briefing to support brand messages and identity

  • Drive integration in the content calendar planning of Hero, Hub, Help content, working closely with Creative, Social and Content teams locally and globally, and lead the production of brand content

  • Experience managing and forecasting an advertising and promotional budget

  • Manage external agency relationships with both creative and media partners. Building a collaborative mutually respective working partnership aligned to the overall brand objectives


Mandatory requirements:


You have/are…



  • Brand campaign management with content focus (end to end implementation)

  • Project planning and management

  • Experience working with creative and media partners

  • An understanding of the Australian media market

  • Collaborative working style and an ability to work cross functionally

  • Experience working on a global brand

  • Website experience (html, applanga, SEO)

  • Social platform experience (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Falcon)

  • Managing a small team

  • A passion for food and cooking, be hands-on with the product in the production of brand content
