About the job
- Translate the Global HelloFresh brand into performance-based messaging to reach relevant target groups and trigger conversion
- Structure messaging and develop global communication for specific topics, e.g. positioning messages, benefit messaging, sustainability messages to apply throughout all marketing channels from banners to blog posts
- Conceptualize and write all international sustainability communications including the annual sustainability report; work closely with the Global Operations & Sustainability Team
- Support countries in roll-outs of communication/messaging projects
- Work closely with design teams to ensure 360° communication messaging
Who we are looking for
- BS/MS from a top tier university in Communications, or another related field of study
- Excellent skills in English copywriting
- Experience in texting for Performance Marketing assets
- Experience in structuring and writing comprehensive documents (e.g. Whitepaper)
- Experience in sustainability communication is a plus
- Manage cross-functional projects that involve a strong variety of stakeholders
- Ability to quickly grasp our product and consumer base
- 3 years experience in a Communications-, Brand- or PR-manager role, ideally in the areas of food or tech
- Hands-on experience project managing an initiative from start to finish. Achieves project goals while managing scope, time, quality and risk
- Data-driven decision-making approach to target communication
- Fluent English is a must-have, second language is a plus (German, French and Dutch)
