Job description


Reporting to the Marketing Communications Manager this role will work collaboratively with local and global stakeholders. This will include the brand team, CRM, online marketing, direct sales, customer operations and product management.


We’re looking for someone who loves words and has a passion for copywriting, as well as an organised and flexible approach to working.


You will…



  • Responsible for copy-writing across all different channels

  • Work closely with the brand, culinary, design and video teams to create engaging digital content aligned to the HelloFresh brand strategy - incorporating HelloFresh global content initiatives. 

  • Develop and manage the Australian content calendar and distribution to multiple channels.  Use tools to assess the effectiveness of content and enable optimisation to achieve performance metrics.

  • Write, proof and edit content and all branded collateral making suggestions that are in line with our in-house style.

  • Manage the organisation of the copy request pipeline ensuring the workflow is kept on track.

  • Drive best practice programs by following the latest content, community and social trends.

  • A foodie, you love home-cooking and have a desire to work in the food industry

  • Excited about communication and have new ideas

  • Confident, creative and ‘switched on’

  • Proactive, ambitious, and assertive: you think beyond the scope of your assignment

  • A planner who can follow process i.e. workflow planning, quarterly planning, weekly & monthly reporting

  • Collaborative and comfortable working with multiple stakeholders both locally and globally

  • Passionate about our business and changing the grocery retail landscape in Australia


You have ...



  • Minimum two years experience in a similar role with a focus on digital marketing, social, content development and copywriting.

  • Strong communication and written skills

  • An understanding of content marketing trends and SEO

  • Flexibility, enthusiasm and the ability to cope well under pressure

  • Experience with all key social platforms and analysis tools

  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in communications, media or journalism
