Main Responsibilities
• Performance Steering: Drive the Commercial Performance of the Jumia Global Division by supporting the CCO suggesting the right categories/products to promote;
• Business planning: draft business plan to ensure achieving target;
• Drive the team to achieve business targets per plan;
• Data base: ensure / own Jumia Global Division big data and reporting (by leading the analytic team) to drive business to the right direction;
• Monitor Reporting and Support in defining improvement strategies;
• Business Model Innovation: building business case/BP for special projects;
• Salesforce Process (Monitoring, Continuous Improvement, Reporting);
Required Skills & Qualifications
• High proficiency of Excel;
• Expertise of analytics skills;
• Proficient in English (Oral and Written);
• Commercial Sense;
• Ability to read and drive performance;
• Project Management;
• Team Leading;
• Cross cultural management, experience working with different teams.
