YOUR TASKS

• You are responsible for everything along the supply chain – from the purchase of freight capacities to the conduction of quality checks


• You develop sustainable business relationships with our carriers, so you are able to negotiate fair transport prices and achieve good margins


• You are the first point of contact for our carriers and our customer care team


• By incorporating your own ideas, you support a continuous development of our product
  
  

REQUIREMENTS

• You already gained practical experience in the transportation or logistics industry


• You are familiar with the procurement of freight capacities and with managing long-haul full-and less-than-truckload transports


• Ideally you completed an apprenticeship as a forwarding merchant or an apprenticeship or course of studies with a similar focus


• You possess a high affinity for the digitalization of various processes in order to achieve a higher efficiency for yourself and your team


• You are goal-oriented and able to stay calm and focused even in a stressful environment


• You possess a hands-on and can-do mentality, which enables you to solve problems in an
  efficient way


• You are fluent in German and English (other languages are an advantage)
