YOUR TASKS

• Take responsibility of dispatching daily orders


• You manage relationships with our clients and various stakeholders, who are involved in the shipping process 


• Build up strong relations to our customers Europe-wide 


• Support our team by developing a database and maintaining the content 


• Be part of an amazing team and challenge the status quo of the transport industry

YOUR PROFILE

• You are an enrolled student in Economics/ Business and able to spend 15-20 hours/week at InstaFreight 


• You have gained relevant work experience in previous internships, ideally in the Startup environment. A  logistics or operations background is a big plus  


• You feel comfortable with connecting to new people and it is fun for you to convince people of your ideas   


• You are hands-on with an entrepreneurial “can do” attitude and are willing to go the extra mile  


• You are a strong communicator  You are proficient in using MS Office programs 


• You are fluent in German and English 


• A third language is highly appreciated
