As an Integral Part of our Risk Operations Team, you will want to establish smart processes to pre-empt fraud and minimize defaults. You want to verify and approve our customer submit for financing. You want to be a pivotal role at the interface of both our sales teams and the operations teams. At the same time, you want to have an opportunity to be in direct contact with our customers. You want to help with the improvement and automation of these tasks - as we are hitting the next S-curve to scale. You want to enjoy independence and ownership while at the same time working with an experienced leadership team.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR 



  • You hold a degree in business administration or similar degree

  • You have been successfully working in the field of process optimization and automation projects in a fast growing tech environment. You have a track record of hands-on work and can think and work along with a strategic vision

  • You enjoy to think beyond the status quo and kickstart improvement initiatives. You are a team player and your can-do attitude drives you and your team to success

  • When you constructively debating the best path to our joint success

  • You enjoy crunching the numbers and base your recommendations on fact-based analyzes

  • Experience in handling databases and building boards is a strong plus

  • You are fluent in English
