HelloFresh needs you

For our young and passionate team, we are looking for a Junior Operational Excellence Analyst. You will work project-based on improving operational processes. These processes vary and can be large cross-functional, for example optimizing the time between order and delivery, or smaller team specific such as improving the recipe development process. Secondly, you will work on continuous improvement by managing incident assessments, facilitating assessments with different teams and fixing root causes of incidents such as a supplier continuously running late or a lack of vegetables due to a cold summer in Spain. This enables you and the teams to strengthen the entire HelloFresh supply chain. And finally, you will work on and continuously improve specific weekly operational processes such as supply chain error reporting.

In short, you’ll be responsible for:

• Managing process improvement projects from analysis to recommendations to implementation


• Continuously improve the supply chain by managing incident assessments and support the operational teams in improving their existing processes


• Perform, coordinate and improve specific weekly operational processes

Are you the perfect Junior Operational Excellence Analyst?

You have about 0-3 years of professional working experience and finished a bachelor degree. As a junior operational excellence analyst you enjoy being part of a dynamic business and like to leave your mark by significantly improving HelloFresh’ supply chain (familiarity with Lean Sigma Six is a plus).  You have experience in analysing processes with for example process mapping (knowledge of BPMN is a plus), Excel or Google Apps. On the one hand, you like working with colleagues from different teams while on the other hand you are able to work well independently. Thinking in solutions comes naturally to you, you have a passion for tech (knowledge of a programming language such as JavaScript or Python is a plus) and you are not afraid to take ownership. Lastly, you are fluent in English and possess excellent communication skills.
