About the Job:

If yes then keep on reading: As our Supply Chain Manager you will own the entire end to end Supply Chain and all day to day supplier and DC interactions. In a nutshell, you will be responsible for ensuring that all our ingredients are available in the right place and format, at the right time, whilst developing a best in class weekly Planning and Operations process for the mealkit industry.

Key Responsibilities include:

• Leading and developing the Supply Chain team with three direct reports across two sites


• Optimising our Supply Chain to ensure products arrive in full, on time and in quality at minimum cost


• Building relationships with suppliers and managing service level meetings


• Delivering Supply Chain process improvements to improve efficiency & accuracy


• Leading Supply Chain projects to improve our customer's experience and operational excellence
  
  

Who you are:

For the role of Supply Chain Manager we are looking for someone with an FMCG background who has managed a small team, is super resilient, not afraid to challenge the status quo.

• You have very strong people management skills, ideally in multi-disciplinary multi-site teams.


• You have a strong analytical mind set


• You thrive in a fast paced environment.


• You have experience in an operational FMCG role


• You have experience dealing with chilled product, protein or similar


• You have experience working cross-functionallu
