We simplify the process through our direct-to-consumer model, providing clients with high quality care to treat minor orthodontic cases, and leaving them feeling confident and healthy. We’re excited to open our first retail location in London. Though the Smile Studio, potential clients will have the opportunity to see and buy our products and receive a free 3D scan of their teeth.
We’re looking for a seasoned leader with experience in retail or hospitality management to assist in the start-up and oversee the operations of our flagship store. The Smile Studio Manager’s first task will be to support our team in setting up the Studio: defining operational procedures, hiring, and procuring equipment. Franksmile is equal parts health and care, and our Studio team will have the unique ability to play in both roles. After opening, you will manage a small team of Smile Associate, introduce customers to our services, and use high-tech intraoral scanners to create 3D models of their teeth, all while providing a world-class care and service experience.
●Build and lead a team of full-time and part-time workers
●Plan for and lead all aspects of sales and operations (incl. interviewing top talent, training, setting expectations, coaching and assessing performance, monitoring for compliance, preparing reports, evaluating data, and achieving desired goals)
●Deliver "5-Star" customer experience consistently as an individual contributor and through your team
●Track store KPIs and coach your team to exceed customer experience and company sales goals
●Use detailed product knowledge to inform customers about the benefits of clear aligner treatment, while also taking diagnostic photos and conducting intraoral digital scans
●Ensure that the retail operation follows all policies and procedures relating to security, health, and safety
●Oversee maintenance of the facility, equipment, and in-store inventory
●Be a positive, upbeat, and passionate coach to motivate your team to reach sales goals
●Have excellent communication skills in English
●Have previous experience in Retail / Hospitality Management (2+ years)
●Are detail-oriented, well-organized and reliable
●Are self-motivated, entrepreneurial mindset, strong capability to identify and solve problems independently
●Are able to train, manage, and motivate a team
●Have high professional communication standards when dealing with Vendors and Property Managers
●Are comfortable using and learning new technology; tablets, computers, software, etc.
●Are willing to travel if requested, and flexible for work on weekends and holidays
●Previous dental experience welcome! (but not required)
