Main Responsibilities 



  • Manages and leads a team of employees providing encouragement, including communicating team goals, deadlines to team members, assessing performance and identifying areas for new training or skill checks.

  • Acting as central point of escalation for issues identified by the vendor operations team and collaborate with other departments to resolve them.

  • Responsible to QC the quality of team’s work and productivity.

  • Ensures routines compliance and develop strategies to promote the team’s adherence to the company’s regulations, procedures and performance goals.

  • Answers team member questions, helps with team member escalations and oversees team member work for quality and guideline compliance.

  • Use business analysis to propose and drive projects that will enhance the vendor experience.

  • Support vendor management team on other activities related to processes, templates and continuous improvement.

  • Provides help to management through reporting that keeps the management updated on team performance.

  • Generates and shares comprehensive and detailed reports about team performance, mission-related objectives, and deadlines.

  • Communicates concerns and policies among management and team members.

  • Conducts team meetings to update members on new inputs, best practices and continuing expectations.

  • Provides quality vendor support, including interacting with vendors, answering vendors’ inquiries and effectively handling vendors’ complaints and escalations.


 


Required Skills & Qualifications  



  • Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills; ability to collaborate, persuade, communicate and motivate others.

  • Ability to work independently and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

  • Strong reporting background and ability to build reports independently

  • 2 - 3 years of equivalent work experience in e-commerce industry.

  • Excellent command of Microsoft office suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

  • Problem solving skills to solve problems effectively and creatively while maintaining a high level of flexibility, professionalism and integrity.

  • Familiarity with vendor operations e-commerce environment
