YOUR TASKS

You are responsible for the development of a fast-growing department and for more than 100 transports per day while you achieve an operative target margin and comply with quality requirements

You take on responsibility for your team, which is in charge of the planning of transports, quality controls and the processing of customer inquiries

You lead and develop existing employees and you recruit new staff to enable a constant growth of your department

You develop your department independently in order to achieve a full automation of all relevant processes

You are responsible for the overall partner management, including everything from the research for new partners, the development of business relationships and regular price negotiations to quality controls

REQUIREMENTS

You have completed your studies in business, economics or your apprenticeship as a forwarding merchant

You already had the opportunity to gain practical and leadership experience – previous experience in the transportation or logistics industry is a plus

You possess a high affinity for the digitalization of processes in order to sustainably increase your, your team’s and the company’s general efficiency

You are goal-oriented and able to stay calm and focused even in a stressful environment

Your hands-on and can-do mentality helps you to solve problems in an efficient way

You are fluent in German and English (further languages are an advantage)
