Responsibilities:



  • Build product documentation on a clear and structured way

  • Test new product features, working closely with development teams and Product Owners

  • Support Business, troubleshooting any issue with the Product and communicating clearly findings


 


Requirements:



  • Fluent in English (Mandatory).

  • Previous experience as service support in any area

  • Ability to actively manage competing priorities, requirements and meet deadlines;

  • Excellent interpersonal & communication skills;

  • Rational thinking and ability to learn fast

  • Good understanding of Technological Platforms


 


Valued:



  • Exposure or knowledge of Agile development frameworks - Scrum, Kanban is a plus

  • Previous experience on a tech company
