YOUR TASKS

 

• You’re responsible for scaling our growth and managing a portfolio of new and existing customers


• You recognize and understand our customer’s logistic problems and are able to transform them into revenue opportunities for us


• You use digital sales tools for developing your customers


• You’ll be the logistics expert for our customers


• You’ll establish relationships based on trust with our customers and you’ll support them professionally and reliably


• You’ll work and in hand with our operations and customer care teams

YOUR PROFILE

 

• You’ve successfully completed your business or logistics studies or similar study programmes


• Ideally, you’ve gained at least 1-2 years of work experience in sales with SaaS or B2B business models


• You have a strongly customer-centric and objective-focused working approach


• You’re communicative and a good negotiator on the phone as well as via email correspondence


• Your analytic mindset helps you to understand complex processes and issues


• Establishing a relationship with new customers is easy for you


• You feel comfortable with working in a startup and like to be all “hands on”


• You’re fluent in German and English


• You’re a true team player and more than willing to go the “extra mile”
