For our 100% digital and future-oriented factoring product, you are responsible for the development and support of your own customer base of SMEs and medium-sized companies (up to 30 million sales).
You'll guide potential customers through our digital application process and bring you closer to the purpose and benefits of our factoring solution.
Working closely with our marketing and risk teams, you'll coordinate the optimal onboarding experience for new customers and your existing portfolio.
For your customer base, you are ready to give everything and go the proverbial extra mile: For questions and problems you are your customer with words and deeds aside and positions you as a competent partner and problem solver.
WHERE WE LOOK FOR
You have about 1 year of professional experience and a university degree in finance, business administration, economics or similar, or a completed banking education
Passion for small businesses and their founders: You're ready to give your customers a better experience than a big bank can
You are communicative and a team player: You help customers and colleagues alike and feel at home in ambitious sales organizations with ambitious goals
Experience with Salesforce or another CRM system is a big plus
Very good oral and written communication skills in German and English are required
