Job description
You will…
- Lead our Direct Sales team
- Manage our external direct sales agencies, operating across Australia & New New Zealand
- Develop direct sales strategy to ensure continued growth in the channel through ethical and progressive means
- Manage day to day operations of external teams across multiply states, ensuring smooth processes for each team
- Organise and manage sales events for the team
- Run in depth analysis on team performance and present back to agencies and well as internal stakeholders
- Monitor and set KPI's for the teams
Mandatory requirements
You have…
- Direct Sales experience within the Door to Door sales sector is a must
- Vast passion for food and ingredients
- An obsession with detail and a nature that will not rest until everything is in order
- Direct Sales management experience
- Quantitative and analytical experience including comfort with Excel
