These will be your tasks

• You are responsible for the development of the B2C French market.


• You support your customers proactively, you regularly perform results analysis and propose the necessary measures to optimize treatment.


• You work with all departments of the company to coordinate the needs of your customers (marketing, operations...)


• You manage your accounts independently and you are responsible for managing the outcome.


• You use our database and CRM tool (Salesforce) for processing and updating customer information.

You're offering these qualifications

• You have 2+ years of experience in sales with a customer success focus.


• Excellent communication skills, and you are fluent in French and English.


• You possess an in-depth understanding of go-to market strategy.


• You demonstrate excellent sales acumen.


• You efficiently close a sales deal by building an incredible customer journey.


• You have a deep understanding of sales, ideally within e-commerce and cosmetics start-ups.


• You have a clear understanding of product life cycle, from release all the way until the close.
