ExpertLead is a B2B matching platform for the top 5% tech freelancers: software developers, blockchain experts, data scientists, and designers. We identify the top 5% by using a thorough screening process - incl. coding tests, live coding -, and support our customers on complex, digital implementation projects. Our clients vary from (mature) startups and SMEs to DAX companies and Innovation Hubs.

We are a Rocket Internet startup, we were founded in 2017 and our co-founders are Alex and Arne, who have been consultants with McKinsey and Bain & Company, respectively, before starting ExpertLead.

​Job Description:

You join in the research, conceptualization and development of new platforms and solutions alongside the CTO. We will give you the freedom to realize your ideas and to shape your own way of working.

About You:

• Experience working in hybrid Design/Development roles


• Extensive experience with Fullstack JavaScript


• Production experience in working with several programming languages


• Experience with software testing and quality assurance


• Experience optimizing Website/page performance and speed


• Experience setting up deployment environments


• Working knowledge of Continuous Integration / Deployment


• GraphQL knowledge beneficial


• Experience with graph databases is a plus


• Fluent in English, other languages are a plus

​Qualifications:

• You have at least 3-5 years of experience as Senior Developer and hands-on engineering in large-scale development projects in the web service domain


• You are familiar with a startup environment, with short deadlines and plenty of tasks on your board


• You enjoy building and scaling a company


• You have a high degree of motivation and the ability to work in a dynamic and demanding team


• You speak English fluently


• Experience in interviewing (quality assessment) developers
