Job Description

As an Intern in the Management Board Office (m/f) you will be part of a small team that works closely with the three executive managers to support them with everything they need.

• You will be involved in managing the daily operations of the three board members, including preparation of internal & external meetings, finalizing presentation material, calendar management activities and much more
• You ensure a smooth information flow between various stakeholders and the management board
• Together with the team you will support the board members and the investment team

Qualifications

• You are in your Bachelor or Master in studying Business Administration (or similar) and have to do a mandatory internship within your studies
• You have a good command of Microsoft Office Programs
• You are a very reliable and service-oriented person with an hands-on mentality and great humor
• You have an eye for detail and value being organized
• You like to work in a highly dynamic environment and are 100% motivated
• You have good communication skills in German and English
