Job Description

Are you an organizational talent who is always ahead of the curve? We are looking for a Team Assistant (m/f) for our International Finance Team who will support with all administrative and operational activities.

The following projects will be part of your new role:

• You will assist the International Controlling Team with all relevant administrative tasks in the Finance & Accounting department
• You will organize documents both physical and electronic
• You will support with international legal matters
• You will deal with administration and processing of correspondence
• You will support with managing accounts payables and receivables
• You will help to set-up, document and maintain transparent finance processes for several venture groups
• You will prepare analyses as support for the controlling team

Qualifications

• You have an Abitur (high school diploma) or a Bachelor in a business related field
• You have strong structured thinking skills as well as a hands-on mentality
• You have a very strong command of Microsoft Office Programs
• You have excellent communication skills in English and are fluent in German
