Job Description

• Monitoring Rocket’s investment portfolio, key portfolio data and maintaining corporate library on all investments
• Preparing investment reporting to senior management
• Supporting the investment approval process
• Monitoring and reconciliation of cash flows; liaising with the administrator on payments
• Supporting Due Diligence projects, annual audit and tax preparation
• Preparing information for capital calls
• Analysis of loan, investment and transfer agreements and their representation in measure- made accounting records
• Preparation of capital payment/funding, supervision of the purchase price payments and dividends, as well as the preparation of investment analysis
• Working closely with investment company finance teams

Qualifications

• You gained 3-4 years of working experience in a corporate accounting / controlling team or at an accountancy / audit firm
• You earned a degree in business administration or a related field with a focus on accounting / controlling
• You work highly detail oriented and strive to ensure the highest level of data quality
• You communicate well with stakeholders internally and external service providers
• Feeling confident with established controlling instruments, database and all MS-Office programs
• You possess solid Excel skills to perform data analysis
• You are a native German speaker (or can communicate verbally and in writing like one) and have excellent English skills, our working language
