Job Description

• Establishing network, reputation and presence with landlords/developers/brokers
• Prescreening of assets and investment opportunities
• Underwriting including heavy due diligence/modelling
• Support with deal closing, including negotiations with sellers and vendors (construction,architects, lawyers etc.)
• Support/Asset Management during entire lifecycle of asset (permitting, construction, property management, sale)
• Continuous development of processes, tools as day-to-day of entrepreneur

Qualifications

• Extremely analytical (complex Financial Real Estate modelling experience)
• Passionate, driven (talks confidently to business partners)
• Empathetic
• Problem solver/result driven
• Ideally strong real estate network, (contacts to other real estate investors, landlords, developers, co-invested in real estate before, steered their own family office etc.)
• Experience either at a large private equity firm or investment banking with some real estate focus, specialized real estate investment/asset management firm, and/or proptech startup
• Outstanding academics at top business schools ideally in a quantitative or business field
