Job Description

At Rocket you help launching successful startup companies all over the world. Through this application, you will be proposed available positions compatible with your experience within the Rocket network.

What you'll do:

• Become an advanced user of our CRM platform, CrossEngage

• Setup, QA and operationalise campaigns, ensuring that the go-live is smooth and the customer journey to conversion trackable and seamless.

• Update HTML email templates with new images/copy/tracking parameters.

• Devise optimisations, implement and quantify benefits

• Analyse Campaign data and translate this into actionable results to drive our strategy forward

• Consolidate reporting into a succinct format to share with senior stakeholders and make recommendations on campaign optimisations.

• Troubleshoot issues to identify source and escalate where necessary

Qualifications

• Intermediate to advance user of Excel

• Have exposure to some of the following; SQL, HTML/CSS, Google Analytics, Appboy, Email deliverability tools, R/Python

• You'll be highly analytical and detail-driven

• You demonstrate an ability to tackle technical problems logically, effectively and with a positive attitude

• You have a degree from top-tier university
