Your Tasks:

  • Plan, implement and optimize online marketing campaigns in the area of SEO, making sure that resources are used effectively

  • Work closely with other performance marketing channels in order to contribute to the development of effective SEO products

  • Be responsible for applying best practices and making sure that resources are used effectively

  • Define and measure performance indicators for SEO, develop new tools and coordinate the creation of successful content marketing strategies

  • Conduct keyword research and analysis on a regular basis

  • Report into the CMO

  • Work closely with PR/content team to develop new and innovative concepts and campaigns

  • Keep an eye on our competitors

  • Optimise all opportunities to improve SEO across the business, training teammates where necessary

  • Keep up with the fast pace of change in this industry by staying up-to-date with digital marketing trends, new channels and strategies to keep us ahead, including updates to social media marketing, attribution, and programmatic media buying

  • Work with organic search agency/person to ensure data is used across paid and non-paid marketing channels to drive the best ROI possible for clients

Qualifications

  • A degree in a marketing related field or receiving an equivalent professional education

  • 2+ years’ experience in SEO, especially with content Marketing and off page

  • Excellent knowledge of the main SEO tools eg. Searchmetrics, SemRush, Ahrefs

  • Previous experience in project management

  • With a data-driven and goal-oriented mindset

  • Confidence with using MS Excel and has knowledge of HTML and CSS

  • Good knowledge of best-case site structures and the ability to create and implementing a clear and organized content creation process

  • Ability to solve problems, prioritize tasks and manage multiple and complex projects under deadline and budget pressure
