Job Description

At Rocket you help launching successful startup companies all over the world You set up marketing strategies for our incubations as well as being the knowledge/ sparring partner for our global network of companies. In addition, tailoring the products to consumer interest in our target countries will be of your focus. You will work closely with our industry partners at Google and Facebook and other service providers to ensure excellent support for our companies. You will report to the VP Marketing.

What we expect from you

• Identify target and positioning of new incubations

• Set marketing objectives, strategy and action plans

• Analyze KPIs and brand tracker

• Serve as knowledge partner to founders, CMOs, CTOs, CPOs of our companies

• Support product optimization as well as market fit.

• Manage marketing budget and diversify investments in a strategic way

• Lead online advertising operations including display, SEM, SEO, community management, email marketing and PR

• Lead offline advertising operations including TV, Radio, PR and events

• Manage communication partners (media agencies, design, production...)

Qualifications

• 5+ years professional experience in communication/marketing in high performance driven online companies

• Expert in marketing processes from planning to execution

• Experience in digital and brand marketing

• Strong management and interpersonal skills

• Exceptional communication skills in English

• Strong data analysis, strategic and communication skills

• Very detail oriented

• Ability to anticipate, structure and organize

• Handle high pressure situations with ease

• Finding simple solutions to complex problems
